The Metlakatla Governing Council welcomes all users to the trail, but ask that the following rules are followed:
- Take out any garbage or materials you take with you.
- Do not vandalize or damage the trail or trail infrastructure.
- Keep your dog on a leash as wildlife are frequent in the area.
- Do not harvest any marine life, seafood or plants from the trail and do not remove any material from the trail.
- Be respectful of the Metlakatla community and its residence on the way to the trail head.
- Use the trail at your own risk. The Metlakatla Governing Council accepts no liability for injuries caused by trail use.
